Some of our past projects include the following:

Albers Mill

Albers Mill was built on the Thea Foss Waterway in Tacoma by the Albers Brothers Milling Company in 1904.

A certified historic rehabilitation under the US Department of Interior Guidelines began in 2002 after which the building will be placed on the US Register of Historic Places.  The five story building will provide Tacoma with both residential and commercial properties.

Cascade Masonry Restoration, LLC. was contracted to perform the historic renovation to the interior and exterior of the century old building which included: tuckpointing, in-fills, caulking, selective demolition, crack repair, cleaning, and sealing.

Buckingham Apartments

Tuckpoint, clean, and seal 1920's era apartment building.  Scope of work included grinding out mortar joints, tuckpointing, and application of water repellent to exterior facade to prevent further water intrusion.


Carlton Apartments

1930's building required complete renovation after major fire.  The 54 Unit apartment complex built in the 1930's suffered a major fire in 1999.  A complete renovation to the masonry exterior was required that included rebuilding a decorative parapet wall in which historical photographs were obtained to restore the building to it's original design.
